 So it was time to restore the TeraServer using the Firmware Updater. Version 1.0, which is what was loaded on my server, was outdated by two years. The version now is 3.03. I had the hardest time getting the machine in "Emergency Mode" which finally registered after I held the power button for about 90 seconds. Loaded the firmware and got ready to restore the data.
I did not have to restore any data. 22 Days of backup and $350 in restoration software and equipment later, if I had just did the above procedure I would've saved myself hours and hours of frustration.
